Business Class Immigration - Applications
To apply as a Business Class Immigrant to Canada you must complete the required forms and send payment for the fees to the nearest Canadian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate.

The required application forms for Business Class immigration are:
1) IMM 0008 GENERIC - Application for permanent residence
2) IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1 - Schedule 1 Background/Declaration
3) IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 6 - Schedule 6 Economic Classes - Business Immigrants
4) IMM 5406 - Additional Family Information (if relevant)
Application Fees
You must pay the fees below for Business Class immigration:
1) Applicant Processing Fee - $1050
2) Fee for spouse, common-law partner and each dependent 22 years old and over - $550
3) Fee for each dependent under 22 years old - $150
4) Right of Permanent Resident fee - $975
5) Right of Permanent Resident fee for spouse or common-law partner - $975

Investor Required Investment
Investors are required to pay their investment to the Receiver General of Canada within 30 days or receiving notice from the Visa Office. Payments must be made by wire transfer.
