Immigration to Canada - Family Class

The Family Class immigration category allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents who live in Canada to sponsor members of their family who want to live in Canada.

Sponsors are required to support the immigrant and assist them in their settlement in Canada.

If the sponsor lives in Quebec they must complete all the standard Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) applications and then complete the Quebec Immigration process too.
